Location
All of the apartments are in convenient commuting distance of the base at Capodichino and an easy walk to shopping, nightlife, panoramic views and cultural attractions. The neighbourhood, known as San Martino, is ideally situated in the heart of downtown Naples’ Vomero quarter with easy access to everything while maintaining a tranquility and small town feel that is all it’s own. Driving times can be tricky to estimate because traffic is rather unpredictable, but typically the ride from the airport is about 15-20 minutes.
One parking space is included with each rental, but in this neighborhood a car is by no means mandatory to enjoy the city around you. Immediately outside your palazzo doors you will find a variety of coffee bars, pubs, grocers, and restaurants. Three to five minutes walking will take you to the social and transportation hub of Piazza Vanvitelli and the shops of Via Scarlatti. The Montesanto funicular is located just steps away and it will transport you directly downhill from our tranquil tree-lined streets into the beautifully chaotic soul of Naples in six minutes flat. From there you can browse the Pignasecca Market, the shops of Via Toledo, the vastness of Piazza del Plebiscito, the waterfront views of the Lungomare (Via Partenope), as well as an infinite number of cultural and religious landmarks. There are also regional commuter trains that connect the city center with suburban Naples.
Easy day-trips from Naples include the islands of Ischia, Procida and Capri, the town of Sorrento, the Amalfi coast, and the ruins of Pompei. The central train station at Piazza Garibaldi connects Naples to Rome in just 70 minutes.

All of our apartments are air conditioned and have central heat. Wifi and weekly housekeeping are included, as is reserved parking in a private valet garage. Some units are pet friendly and dog walking or veterinary house calls can even be arranged. Our guests also enjoy free delivery from most of the neighborhood eateries, groceries and shopkeepers, and a Carrefour supermarket is just a three minute walk.
Reservations
Reservations are flexible to accommodate changes to orders and rescheduled arrivals. Checkout can also be extended for days, weeks or months in the event of unforeseen delays in the process of securing permanent housing, a comfort that is highly uncommon among furnished rentals in this heavily visited tourist destination. We provide TLA/TQSA compliant billing on a schedule adapted to suit the reimbursement cycles of our guests. Upon payment guests will receive a fiscal receipt compliant with Italian law that is itemized by day in accordance with TLA and TQSA reimbursement requirements.

The nightly rate includes ALL taxes, utilities, wifi, bed and bath linens, weekly housekeeping, move-out cleaning, 24×7 interpreter and relocation support, plus one parking space in a secure valet garage.
